Jeffs shop is not available May 9.. he has the 2-3 :16-17 or 30-31 available

Linn the first date we asked about was the 2ND and 3RD...and you said he wasent avaliable...so I'm in for the 2ND-3RD...
is the 2nd not available due to car/truck shows on our end? If so, I say just do it the 16th.
at this point 2-3 is not enough time to get this all arranged..it takes time to get people to committ but the reason was that there are local events going on that some of the guys wanted to attend...

16-17 it is then with April 30th as the cutoff date..we need 12 reservations for a 2 day event... the guys who needed a day to themselves have decided not to participate with this event
