Oh yea! If you are going to 1000hp, definitely go below 3.15 for the gear. You'll have plenty of power to tap into for acceleration, plus you can turn more of that hp into top end speed.

Sure do. Just look up my username for threads started by. I have one for the motor swap and one for the turbo build/auto swap

Nice I appreciate the info. I looked up threads under your user name, I found the thread on the turbo build but cant find the motor swap? I cant believe how nice that 5.0 sits in the engine bay.

I've always had 3.27s as pretty much the lowest numerical option. I had no idea that guys have been going 3.15 or 3.08s. I've wondered about it. Anybody go from 3.27s to 3.15s or 3.08s and have any feedback?

Just made this on my way home from work Friday. Some light throttle play just making noises. Any real throttle with the 4.10s and slightly aired up hoosiers result in spin fest up until i top 3rd...Parts have been ordered for my rear end!
