Dye your Gray insert seats, charcoal?

Like the title says, Has anyone ever dyed there gray insert seats charcoal. I cant see how it would be that big of a deal, just thought I would ask to see if anyone has ever done it or have seen a set done?

yes. a buddy bought a car that had it done. not sure if it was done correctly or not, but felt like sand paper when you sat on them. not worth ruining what you have. sell and spend the money on the other seats if you really want them.

Most automotive trim shops near almost any big city will have rolls of leather that matches many of the OE seats exactly.

It would be far preferable to replace the inserts with the color leather you want instead of dying them.

It will be more money but not crazy more money, shop it around to a few different shops.
