Does anyone remember a dark metallic green color on a cobra?

I might be imagining things but I could swear the first article I ever read on the 2003 cobra had a dark metallic green one on the cover. I forget what magazine it was but does anyone else recall that? I always wanted one in that color because I had a 67 Moss Green fastback and I love the color. Maybe it was a pre-production model?

I think there was an electric green in '99 or 2000 so maybe they just used the pic for the article? I know it was about the 2003 model because I specifically remember the supercharger and 390 horsepower being the things that got me drooling. Just wondering if I'm way off here..

I started reading iron fist lead foot and one of the pics on the pre production run (might have been in the year 2002), they had MC cobra and they stated in the caption that the color wouldn't be available till 04.

Good point, I hadn't thought about that. Could have easily been, especially with Mystichrome being metallic.

Here is my car looking green:

There are probably a good number of people who would have loved to have seen a Hunter Green color in '03. I'm honestly surprised they never did a green hue for either year.

Pacific Green is the 1999 Cobra color.

No - it was Electric Green in '99. Pacific Green was a previous generation color - I think '97, not sure about 96 or 98.

Add me to the list that wishes there was any green available, although my TR has definitely grown on me - but I would trade in a second for an Electic Green.

Does it change colors like this?
This is my friends turbo Termi, 620 whp on a conservative tune

Yes! Mystichrome hits some hard different colors. Here are a couple shots of the same car I posted above that looked green. You can see it hitting some of the other colors:

How did I neglect to add Electric Green to my post? LOL. And definitely BAB. Both are great paint colors!
