Does anyone race at Rt. 13 dragway in Delmar, DE

Im thinking about coming down if you guys dont mind another Chebby in the mix.
The last time I was there I didn't have a helmet. I was running 13.8s in the Spirit and they still let me run. They just said I couldn't put lower than 14.00 on my windshield.

He went 12.68 @114.5mph on his third pass ever in it. That was his last/only outing. 2.1 60ft. Since that he's added a catback/intake.

Dude, in an 03/04 Corba you shouldn't have any problems what so ever. You'll probably even break 12s.

I know I shouldn't. I was just kidding. :beer: It's been about 5 years since I've been to the track but I shouldn't have any issue getting deep into the 12's maybe even high 11's with good traction. I think it will depend entirely on surface prep.

Lets hope since its the opening day they get some nice prep down...I know throughout the latter part of the year track prep is less than perfect sometimes

On their website it says this:

Its probably a good idea to at least arrive there by 10:30....anytime after that the front gate really gets lined up 4 lines wide and it can take some time to get in. I plan on arriving about 10:15 or so that way when I get to the gate I can get teched in quick and be ready to go.

Well looks like next week it will be around 50 according to the weather channels website for delmar on march 5th.
Anyone else think they might be up for it next weekend?
