They're still not close to normalized production, a highly desirable state for consumers.

Sky high ADM's and accessories added in that we didn't want. The breaking point was when we were closing the deal for the advertised online price on a Honda, the sales manager hit us with an additional $2,500 for a Dealer Accessory Package on a USED vehicle. This was floor mats, nitrogen, protection crap, etc. That particular car was purchased brand new at the same dealer, and I bet they charged the same $2,500 to the original purchaser. So, they essentially made $5k off a set of rubber floor mats.
Other dealers we visited weren't this bad, but they all had those accessory packages added and refused to remove them.
With that said, cars are still selling so maybe it's just me...
