Crank keeps spinning

Any suggestions, trying to remove lower stock caged pulley keeps rotating, I have the ebrake maxed out and in 6th gear, doesnt help the car has a slipping cluctg im sure, car has a innovative west damper on it and was told I can't run a metco lower pulley out on the hunt for a stock caged lower too. Any help will be appreciated car has been kicking my butt lately

It has been years since I've owned my 03 and removed the lower pulley. If I remember right the lower pulley bolt is reverse threaded. Also make sure you remove all the bolts and nuts holding the cage to the block.

Put a pipe or bar on one of the tri spokes of the pulley and hit it with a sledge. The shock will get it loose. Remember, reverse thread!!

Much cheaper option and works just as well. I own this tool as well.

I have a 3/4in breaker bar for this. That tool FleeMan posted is probably going to be something I’ll order too.
