I'm over this rat race to light speed.

Give me a V8 and a manual in a mass produced car. I miss the days when they had to shove motors in cars not designed for it just to have a performance model. It was way more exciting. Now it's all light saber magical voodoo where the car's so fast a human can't drive it to it's potential.

I agree ,but I think it's going to be a v8.but remember the first corvette was a 6.

If anything a modern car is much easier to drive to its potential than some limp noodle framed car with 4x too much horsepower.
