What are you going to do with your solid? I know someone with a complete IRS out of a 2001 Cobra, but not sure if he wants to part with it.
I need it to be from an 03-04 cobra. I may hang on to it for my next project. I dont think anyone would give me half of what I have into it.

I doubt it. He just bought it a couple weeks ago from someone in texas...unless the original owner brought it over from texas to run. It is pretty stock if I remember right.
