The top piece that goes over the rear seats. It is a leather upholstery piece that bolts onto the metal behind the top of the seats.

Cowl panel does have a small crack on the drivers side edge, the car does not have any CEL and the exhaust is original I would think those sensors would be in good condition. PM me an offer, thanks.
