Cobra wont start!!!!!!

How can i test my starter if it getting enough power and also i cut the connection off the connection it was solid when i had the wires inside the connector

Well you can do some basic testing with a voltmeter since it won't even crank. Thats where I'd start. Actually I'd fix all that monkey business the guys did on the relocation before I bothered with a voltmeter.

I just connected the battery to the front and connected the grounds back to the negative and car started right up thats weird

Still having this issue car starts and everything but when i drive it the dashboard blicks and keeps resetong like a bad ground or something. I have the ground ran to the battery in the back but when i connect it to the frame on the front it wont start or nothing

Did you/the shop happen to grind off the paint before grounding at that location pictured.....?

It looks like a ring terminal was just bolted onto a painted metal surface. Which.... yeah.
