Cobra Jet manifold reworking

    Yeah, just make sure the voids are clean of any oil or residue, and scuffed to allow for good bonding.

    Just moving the thread up, hopefully will help answer a lot of questions lately with the CJ setups.

    Just sent you mine. Will post some dyno numbers when I get it back and installed! Going to do a before/after with all my mods .

    Got my ported cj manifold back today and it looks great! Port job looks flawless and couldn't ask for better. Will post numbers and dyno sheets after installing and tuning. Thanks again!

    M-9926-SCJ is the preferred TB for the CJ setup on 11-14 GT's correct? Wanted to double check before I place my order.... Thanks

    Figured I would post up pics and of my CJ setup in here ported and FRPP monblade TB with FRPP intake car made 447/400 @ AED on 91 pump was hoping for better. but still happy with the setup

    That is the one I have on my car. No issues with it at all. Many people use that throttle body.

    Very nice, any other suppoting mods, headers etc? How did you re route the oil separator?

    It's the bobs auto sport one I had it on my boss setup worked just fine with the CJ setup
    I'm running dynotech 1-7/8 headers off-road x and 3" over axel pipes to gt500 corsa extreme mufflers

    Has anyone have dyne results from the different cold air kits..? I wounder if I Would make more on the rev-auto intake.

    Your getting to wrapped up in the dyno numbers. Mine only put down 440hp on e85 but this was on a loaded dyno in 4th gear. I can tell you it pulls way harder then 440hp on the street though.

    Yea you are right the car does pull harder then my ported boss setup. its crazy how the power ramps up so quick and just keeps climbing with the CJ setup feels like there is no end lol, at least compared to my boss setup.

    Hey what did Shaun think on tuning of the frrp cai? He say good bad or indifferent on it?

    He suggested the rev auto or frpp kit and highly disliked the JLT kit. I wanted the rev auto but couldn't see myself spending a extra $200 for it.
