years ago i thought the snake on the front was factory...im talking when they first came out. Cause everyone had one...i think dealers were also putting them on but not sure on that . I bought mine used and already had the snake on the front so it was a win in my book.

You can also buy the larger snake from the GT500. The ideal size is actually in between the two, but many prefer the one from the GT500.
