Me too, I liked the grand tour but I think the OG top gear may have still been better. Most of the original top gear is available for free on Pluto TV

The three of them are even funnier in person. What makes it in is just scratching the surface. You’d also be shocked at how polished they are at what they do. Very few retakes.

IIRC, they don't hang with each other outside of filming either.
