My father in law used to be in the used car business so he has a lot of connections in the business. He texted me yesterday about a hell of a deal on a set of Cobra R's. He knows a guy that picked up a 95R, a 2000R, and an Indy Pace Car. I may be able to pick up the 95!!!!

I went today and looked at it and took a few crappy cell phone pics. The car is amazing with only 884 miles on it. One owner and in great condition. I'm a huge fan of the New Edge but after looking at this beauty the SN-95 grew exponentially with me. I hope to be picking it up next weekend with a roll back considering the crappy WV weather and the fact that I don't want to put anymore miles on it than it already has. Hopefully more pics to come!

Sweet Cobra R for sure. You have to drive it some to prevent dry rot and deterioration of the lines, seals, gaskets, etc. Letting any car sit for long periods of time can do more damage in the long run. Driving it to local shows/events are all you'd need to do as well as some nice weekend jaunts to keep everything in shape. Congrats on the find.

Might as well set it on fire if you aren't going to drive it. Cars are meant to be driven, no matter how "rare" they are.

I don't know 100% for sure if the deal is going through yet but fingers crossed. I'll drive it some when the roads are nice but I see it as a piece of art. If you would drive it great. If I choose to look more than drive it while I own it then so be it. Someone has to preserve some for histories sake lol.

I would buy that, I missed my chance at one around here a year or two ago. It had a more miles but was priced around 19K, I really could kick myself for not jumping on that.

I'm still angry at the one I missed for 10K. Yeah, 10K. It hadn't been started in like 8-10 years, and had fuel cell issues. It was on craigslist, and I had just bought a 93 Cobra and didn't have the cash. I PMed a link to a member here, and they got it. :(
