catch can install

I have heard the pros of this setup, does it have any negatives?

it takes up some space, you may have some issues with your emissions inspection if you live in REALLY anal place and its not free.

So, without one of these setups... the oil is going into my intake and into my throttle body? WTF?

I'm n/a also. I've put on a McKinney Raceworks catch can and yes, oil is going into your intake. I attached my to a spot on the front of the passenger side head with a bracket from the hardware store. I routed the hose from the pvc to the catch can, then from the catch can to the intake. It works very good,
and i just empty it once a month. Mine doesn't collect alot, but enough to know it's working.
