Car to car trans swap

Word on the street from a trusted source says the ecus are identical but need to be flashed by the dealer tool. In my case it doesnt matter much since this would be a car to car swap.

Just did my manual to auto swap with new auto PCM. Went to get car flashed and dealer can't get abs light, or traction light off, and the car throws a check engine vehicle Id block code. Car runs like it has half power and has no ass. Can someone assist me in what is going wrong?

You use ids from ford to program module installation pmi. There is a diff as built I found other than the 016b. Ill look and see if I can find the as built I used ffor you to use

im about to finish my mt-82 swap from a 2013 a6, my car is a 2012 m6 with a 2013 pcm from the a6. will I be able to use select shift with the 2012 cluster? also will i need the new abs switch?

@bob450 were you able to find that as built info for my flashing issues. I have the abs light, the traction light, and the PCM ID code. The car runs poorly, 14.30s with the track app, it has to be something with the swap and the codes. Almost seems like the car is taking off in 2nd gear.
