I'm going to be buying this truck but I hate the gold on the bottom. I am a painter at a collision shop so painting it will be no trouble, the problem is I don't know if I should paint the gold back to body color, including the flares, or maybe just a different color? Give me your opinions.

My opinion is that truck is beautiful as is, and looks better with the two-tone than as solid black. It looks more upscaled and high-end IMO.

Just get it and see if it grows on you, and if you don't start to like it then do something about it.

That's probably my favorite two-tone color combo.
Base models are usually mono and upper trim is usually two-tone.

I'm not really a fan of the two tone. I'd go with matching the body color. Now that I think about it a DSG looking grey might look sick. I just hate gold.

If you were buying a 2012 you would be getting the Pale Adobe Metallic paint with the Black body. I have to say it looks better than the Pueblo Gold. But I definitely think the two tone gives the truck an upscale look. I would not go to all black. If you don't like the Pueblo Gold color, change it to something else. If it were a color choice, I'd go with the Black with Dark Shadow Gray. Or do the new Pueblo Adobe Metallic that comes with the 2012. JMO.

My F350 is Dark Satin Green Metallic and Grey two-tone. I like the Grey but not the Gold

The more I look at it the more I like it. It just needs a few custom touches and I can make it look how I want.
