This is a two fold problem.

We have a massive obesity problem in our country thanks to the availability of crap food and demonization of meat.

Men are fat bitches now too. Honestly I don't know if they can even be called men.

I literally just got back from Disneyland and Universal Studios in SoCal. What I saw there was appalling.

Spindly armed dudes with hogs for girlfriends and wives. Of those half looked beat down or jusy unhappy.

The absolute worst was a guy with a fat tranny. That thing had a lot of facial rings and studs. The dude was overweight himself but also looked beat down.

One other horrible thing I saw crossing the street was 2 obese parents on scooters with the obese kid walking next to the mother.

The obesity problem is so bad now there are places to rent those scooters all over and business is booming from what I can tell.

It's all sickening and something needs to change quick.

Exactly it's more important to be on social media and to see what other people are doing then rather taking care of your own inventory SMH. I was never a big guy growing up. Tall but slender. I started packing on weight in my mid 30's by 40. i was 208 lbs. And not a good 200. Went to the beach one year and was so uncomfortable with the way i looked, i wore a surf shirt to get in the damn water. 2 years ago, i completely changed my lifestyle. Cut out almost all processed foods, all sugar type drinks... nothing but water, cut out all fried foods, and started a training program that fit my schedule. Got down to 165 and started bulking up the right way. Now at 43, im 190 lbs, and im bigger than i was at 200 because of the muscle I've built. Laziness and everyone looking for the quick fix magic pill is where society is at. Half of my wife's family is on the shot, and i jab at them all the time because i put in the work and stuck with it, and they took the easy way out
