The struts are easily rebuildable. You can get the information directly from Bilstein (or even MM) as to valving. It will also save a bunch of money compared to buying them new. There are plenty of threads around here about this.
Here is a set that I removed the housings from, just to give you an idea as to what is on the inside:
Call MM, they are certified by Bilstein, and can valve them however you want. When you call they will also help figure out what you want/need for how you plan to use the car.
