Going to rebuild the shocks and struts and want to know if Bilstein will revalve them or if I need to supply specs? Car has H&R race springs.

The struts are easily rebuildable. You can get the information directly from Bilstein (or even MM) as to valving. It will also save a bunch of money compared to buying them new. There are plenty of threads around here about this.

I just didn't know if they are going to rebuild them to HD spec or if they will change them to suit the spring rate.

Call MM, they are certified by Bilstein, and can valve them however you want. When you call they will also help figure out what you want/need for how you plan to use the car.
