I never show anyone my new 1-piece design TRUE 148mm CAI (I refer it as 148mm Gatling Gun). It is a true 148mm ID starting from the end of the bellmouth all the way to the exit connect to the throttle body hose coupler.

I been running my own 1-piece design TRUE 136mm CAI since 2015 and at that time with the base VMP Gen II (NOT the R version) supercharger.

But now I am running a KB 3.6 L/C with custom design & 3D printed inlet elbow with a custom design and 3D printed CAI to KB throttle body hose coupler. Just a FYI, the KB throttle body outside parameter LENGTH is equivalent to a 5.65" OD. NOT 5.5" nor 6".

Below are some picture of my set-up with the 3D printed 136mm CAI with the 3D printed hose coupler. the other pictures are the 148mm CAI (Gatling gun). I truely believe the 0.5mm radius is not going to make much of a different in terms of performane . In fact, the material use to 3D print has very very low thermal conductivity than the aluminum which is an excellent thermal conductor. If you ever touch an aluminum intake tube 10 minutes after you shut off the engine with the hood close. It's so hot that you can't even keep your hands on it.

Super nice work, I see the intake you made has a vilocity stack very similar to the pmas149, from everything I've read that seems to be the best way to design a intake, especially for the MAF.
