Unfortunately, these small purchases aren't worth the attorney fees. Simply sad they are still around with such horrible service. I would call my CC right away and hope it isn't too late.

I ordered a shift knob from them. Took about two months, but I was persistent and kept calling until i would get a response. Not the best experience, but it seems like they are the only game in town for certain parts
A buddy and I ordered mirror covers from them and had no issue whatsoever. They came in, in like 4-5 days too. lol I guess we are some lucky guys!
