I agree. Although I believe it to be based on risk vs profit decision which is the way business works. Just decide what risk you can stand & do the same.

Okay guys, we're now offering a warranty on Bama Free Tunes for Life tune package purchases on top of the original warranty on handheld tuner purchases.
This package is intended for those who already have an SCT programmer for whatever reason (from a previous vehicle or a friend, for example) who have not yet installed any other aftermarket tunes on their 2011+ Mustang GT. In the unlikely event that this cylinder #8 issue were to occur and we suspect that any other tune other than a Bama Performance custom tune was installed at any time, we may require you to send the PCM in for inspection.
