So I had planned to go compound boost, but during the install I changed my mind and decided to go tradional TT. Although compound seems cool as hell, and great for car shows, much lower peak numbers and less power where I need it, the top of the rpm range.

I've removed a couple lower pulleys before, so this isn't new to me.

My impact can't do it, I've tried the breaker bar with the floor jack method, with heat as well, and this thing is not budging! Car is in 4th gear with the E-brake on and the motor is still turning slightly.

Any ideas!?

Scratch that, I got it.

The winning combination was

Rear wheels chocked
E-brake on
Car completely on the ground
24" breaker bar with floor jack handle extension
Propane torch

I've had good luck with the combination jack/hammer. Position one spoke 3 o'clock, put the socket in and jack up the wrench a bit to get tension. Then go up top take the handle from the jack and put it on the 3 o'clock spoke and whack it with a BFH. Yet to fail me.

^^^^ That's exactly how I did it on my vert and it worked.

My coupe; all it needed was a breaker bar and extension handle and it broke free. Some are easy while others refuse to come loose. Go figure....

The lower pulley is a nightmare to get off lol, as the others have said use a propane torch, or try a MAP Gas Torch, they burn hotter. And buy the biggest breaker bar.

I've found a bar in drives shaft at transmission yoke helps a lot to hold engine from turning ..and shortens lost torque needed to break bolt loose
