Hello everyone,

I'm sure many of your remember my old 2004 Torch Red Cobra.

After 5 years of ownership, I sold the Cobra in September of 2016.

I finally got myself a car I've always wanted.

It's a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat.
-Pitch Black
-Red Interior
-6 Speed Manual
-Brass Monkey Wheels
-No Sunroof
-Nav
-395 MILES!

I purchased the car from Dodge Country in Killeen, TX. The original owner purchased it brand new from the same dealership back in 2015 and just traded it in on a Demon. The original owner actually had two hellcats and kept his sublime green car.

I posted a WTB add on the hellcat forums stating I wanted specifically a Pitch Black 6 speed with orange or red interior and low miles and then the salesman messaged me. The car never even made it to the lot because I bought it so quickly.

Without any further ado, here she is!

Pic from the dealer.

Pics when she arrived last night! It was dark so the pictures are terrible but I'll post better ones when I can. Snow is coming tonight so she's tucked away for now.

Congrats. Looks sharp. Why the 6-spd over the auto? I’d ditch the front plate bracket eventually. What are your plans for it? Stock for now? Pulley? E85?

I am not trying to break any drag racing records so I don't really care about the auto. My favorite thing about my Cobra was jamming gears and I just love driving a manual. I know the auto's are better and faster but that doesn't really matter to me. I am going to get the front bumper re-painted and filled it.

I already bought the Phillips Performance Fender Flare Kit and a Barton Short throw shifter. Next is 20x11 rears and wider tires. I'm going to do an intake and exhaust this year and more than likely a driveshafter and I think that's it. Next year I'll probably do upper and lower pulley, injectors etc.

No e85 around me so I'll stick with pump gas.

Thanks everyone.

Great pick up! Love that you got the manual trans. Exactly what I would get if I could. Enjoy it.

First picture outside is a great picture despite the low light.

Long and low, looks very menacing.

Congrats and welcome back. That's a great looking car. I love that red interior on the black.

Congrats OP - that is one sweet ride. M6 is the way to go IMO. Your mod list sounds good to me. Spring isn't far away - hang in there!

Congratulations, looks great. Best looking muscle car currently on the market, in my opinion.

Kinda what I thought as well. OP, didn't you sell someone a turd?

Nice car regardless.

I never sold anyone a "turd", in fact I actually sold someone a beautiful car. My old Cobra never was a burden on me and I have numerous people that can vouch how nice of a car it truly was (and not people who only saw pictures, but friends of mine who helped me install every modification to that car). The gentleman who bought the car did not have good luck with it and I'm not sure why. I'm not going to get into it and I don't want to de-rail this thread. I think he bought a 13 year mustang and was upset it wasn't like a brand new car.

I am a very honest and respectful guy and take pride in my reputation. I have never and would never do anyone wrong. I feel bad that the guy who bought my car hated it because I loved that car very much and took a lot of pride into how clean and beautiful it was. That car ran like a raped ape and sounded fantastic. I got compliments on it everywhere I ever went and it put a smile on my face every time I drove it. I actually miss it dearly. It actually pisses me off that he goes around bad mouthing me saying that I sold him a "turd" because I would never rip someone off and don't want my reputation to be burdened over something that wasn't my fault. I was actually as open and honest as I possibly could be with that car. It was mechanically fine when I sold it. He can believe me or he can't, and so can you and anyone else who wants to make stupid posts about my karma.
