I can't wait to see this and hopefully a video. Thing is going to be insane. Glad to see you are finally getting it ironed out. May take a little while to get all the bugs worked out. Hang in there. Your dedication to this car is 2nd to none. What kind of power do you expect it to make Nate?
Pulled it out of the garage for a bath. I was unable to drive it. Power steering pump and brakes were whining. Going to bleed them and try again.

It will all be worth the wait. My advice, get ready to grab the oh shiit bar real tight (that's the steering wheel for the driver btw lol). Get ready to hang on with that patented 04sleeper corn tune in command
Not gonna lie, I'm a bit nervous. I haven't driven a "fast car" in over a year lol.
I drive a lifted jeep that rarely sees over 70 mph.
My last cobra was around 600. This one should be north of 700.

Congrats nate. Looks great, and we'll put together. I remember when you picked this car up, I was slightly interested in it. Take it easy and make sure it's 100% before stomping in it. Kevin is going to get you spot on and it will be a beast for sure. Can't wait to here your report after got WOT.

Bled the PS and it fixed my whining.. Had a little air in there.
Took it around the block just to get behind the wheel. Sounds soooooo sick.
Need to put the fender wells back in, get an alignment and the wheels balanced.
Would like to do the 2500 to 4500 pull tonight for kevin so I can have hopes of doing some extended driving with it this weekend.

Any update Nate? I feel your pain almost. I am now having more fuel related issues time after time. I'm hoping I don't need an engine rebuild but I was running it hard before I started having these new issues. That would suck simply b/c the car would be down forever like yours
Still working on the tune.
Had a busy day with it yesterday.
Took it in for an alignment.
I was able to drive it to a car show yesterday and also do some 2k-6k pulls. It pulls hard and sounds great.
A few hiccups when driving. I notice it will hesitate from time to time when in the lower RPM range. Around 1500-1700. Doesn't do it all the time.
After coming to a stop after driving at highway speeds it takes a few seconds to find it's idle. It'll bounce around from 450-1000. But eventually will get steady.
I have some exhaust rattle. The huge 3inch pipe is touching the diff cover so I need to realign them.
But overall I'm so excited to be behind the wheel again. Especially during the small 2k-6k pull. I missed that so much.
Car intake temps are high though. I'm going to put some logs in the engine and tuning section to see if someone can advise me on which direction to go.
I also ordered some sve series 1 wheels to replace the series 2.
