So i cant PM people or add certain things to my account. It just says "no privileges blah blah"

Yup, got it a few months ago. Im currently trying to sell my drag bike to fund my procharger kit for it. HOPEFULLY!!! This is where all the fast cars are at so i figured I'd actually join to in case i hit a snag.
