The way I set this car up... besides adding ice to the A2W tank, I drive it on the street exactly how I race. I don't pull seats. I don't want that splitter to drag on curbs and going into driveways. I don't change the tune. It's a delicate balance between race setup with very good street manners.

Congrats on an awesome build! Great color I have same with stripe delete, what kind of clutch are you running? I have a Spec, it's real tricky to launch, just curious what your experience is, noticed you're in Florida as well!

Car is VERY nice, congrats.

Was looking around for R2650 info this weekend and found that Edelbrock is making 15+ coyote kits already...

http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/mc/superchargers/ford-mustang.shtml
Only one they show with power numbers on a TVS 2300 and 2650 is the F150 kits and the difference between the two is listed at 112hp improvement!
I wouldn't mind bolting on 110hp and I'm pretty sure a low boost F150 kit doesn't stress the TVS as much as our built 5.4/5.8s, so I'd expect this to be a solid 125rwhp upgrade on a built GT500.
Looks like I'll be needing that fuel system upgrade!

Cool write up man!
Crazy your intercooler core cracked too. Mine was a KB Bigun, and the car has never been out in freezing temps. Thankfully it was also caught early and no damage done.
Look forward to seeing the car progress!

What a great story. Really great article - congrats on a killer build. All on a TVS...Wow.

Maybe a dumb question - but is the new 2650 a blower us 'stock' guys could run with minimum mods, but still expect results?

2.65 will be just a more efficient TVS will more room to grow and it'll have OEM like reliability
