The Browns were in the playoffs with him for the first time in almost 20 years. I think his personality is bizarre and led to conflicts, as well as injuries at times.
He has the potential to be good, BUT…he needs the right coaching to help him reach it.
He won’t get it in Tampa Bay. Bowles is a defensive coach and knows nothing about developing a QB or offense. He showed that this year and he had the Goat at QB. Bowles will be fired after this season. He is a great defensive coordinator and that’s it.
I bet Sean Payton could elevate Baker’s game. As could Andy Reid.
