Wondering what gains I would have by doing a e85 conversion and what's needed stock car minus axle backs tuner and air raid cold air intake.

10%? More like 10hp lol. Probably 10-15rwhp at most. A tuned car making 390rwhp at most will not gain almost 40rwhp just by e85.

NA gains with e85 are not that big.. its the piece of mind you get knowing its much harder to hurt a cylinder with detonation and or lean melt down.

No dyno numbers to prove it , but if I had to guess 10-20 hp for going e85 n/a . But like twisted said it's piece of mind .

I just ordered a pump and 10,000gal tank for the backyard...you better not be wrong.

LOL 10,000 gallon tank? that is a 14 foot tall by 10 foot round tank...

I did the CJ conversion earlier this month on my boss and I went with 47# to run the e85...

No real data return as of yet... tuner said do not run anything less than 85 and it is winter here.... maybe if I was lucky I could find some 70 so I will have to wait till spring to find out...

OP, I gained right at 20whp going to E85. The average is around 15whp for a near stock/bolt on car. You will need 47lb/hr injectors, and a custom tune for the E85. That's it

So get a blower...

LOL, not used to people asking about E85 that's NA. The 10% was meant for FI. Sorry.

I should have said its more resistant to lean out melt down, not lean out proof. After all the combustion is much cooler.
