2012 Dodge Challenger R/T Hemi
Black/Black
65,052 miles
5.7 liter V8, 375hp, 410tq, 6 spd manual
0-60 4.7 seconds
Modifications: Headers, hi-flow cats, SLP exhaust, K&N intake, tuner.

This client came to me as a referral. He was (understandably) embarrassed by the looks of his vehicle. It was completely covered in oxidized cloudy paint, haze, swirls, holograms, scratches; you name it, it had it!

He had taken it to a local car wash establishment for a ‘detail’. It came out with cloudy paint and run marks all over the paint. He asked them to fix it and they ‘buffed’ it and it looked a little better, however they put a ton of holograms and swirls into the surface, and the clouding was still apparent.

In comes Autodermatology to the rescue!

A paint correction and a glass coating were on order along with wheels off, engine compartment cleaned and dressed, windows and a quick interior clean up should get this Mopar back to looking the way it should!

Process/chemicals/tools/etc:

McKee’s37 iron remover.
Adam’s car shampoo.
GYEON wash mitt.
Griot’s medium mitt.
Adam’s APC was used to clean the engine compartment and wheel wells.
Defelsko PTG.
Scangrip lighting.
Flex XFE15.
Rupes iBrid/Nano.
Misc. wool, MF, and foam pads.
Griot’s Fast Correcting Cream.
Griot’s Perfecting Cream.
Eraser for final wipe down.
22ple Mistico Elemento Forte was the LSP/Coating.
22ple VM1 was used on the rims and calipers.
NanoPro9H plastic coating was used on the wheel wells.
McKee’s37 tire dressing.
Adam’s glass cleaner.
Metro Vacuum.
Metro Master Blaster.
McKee’s 37 quick interior cleaner.
McKee’s37 all in one leather lotion.
McKee’s37 trim restorer was used on the cowl trim.
Auto Finesse Revive was used on the plastic under the hood.
Pinnacle exhaust cleaner and brightener was used on the tail pipes.

Thanks for looking and as always, comments and questions are welcomed!

That Challenger was a MESS when you got it. One of your best paint miracle transformations. I would have loved to have seen the owner's face when he came to pick it up. Well done! Again!
