2003 DSG Mach 1 F1-A Procharged!!!

I saw this car a couple years ago at Mustang's Unlimited. The thing sounded menacing. GLWS OP that mach is a 10/10.

Well .. to you $30k is a lot LOL but think whats a lot for me having built it and i see cobras go for 26 to 28 K with bolt ons ...

Check the parts list let me know what you come up with for a price I think you will find that $30K is more than fair

Surely you could not build one for near this ... as anyone with this much work done to their car would tell you.

I know when i was looking for a ride a while back I would have never spent 30K on a toy... thinking to myself that I would keep the mods to a minimum.

RIGHT! I wish now that I bought someones built car.. that's what I'm going to do next time...who cares if someone talks crap if i built it or not ... lesson learned

there is so much time put into building a car. ,time for the machine shop to get to your engine parts .UGH... then assembly.. tuning it in right.. configuring the set up to match the parts you picked perfectly...

Uh yeah . its worth $30K to me I'm not going to build another car..I'm buying it done !

man that is a sick mach and i wish you the best of luck selling. Ask whatever price you want for the car. Its up to each seller to decide how competitive they want there pricing to be but as for bolt on cobras goin for 26-28k idk where you saw that because there are many built motor 1000hp turbo cobras selling for under 25k on here and tons of built whipple and kb cobras for that price range to. but like i said best of luck with your sale and ask whatever you want for your car, only you know how much it means to you

PS If i listed it at $25k you lowball bags would JEW me down even more and say GLWS and comment about how I was only going to get $12k because Mach 1's do not hold their value BLAH BLAH...

A lot of car? YES!!..... but just to give you a comparison, Speed Of Sounds build, which added a built T56, built IRS and full suspension, to EVERYTHING you have, went for just under 20k. Do you have a sick ass Mach? For sure!! 30k? Good luck with that. I truly hope you can sell for top dollar, I really do but I'm predicting you won't get more than 25k and that's with the trailer. :lol:

Georgious car! You can tell you are a very meticulous owner. Nice build for sure. At the end of the day it is just a Mach1 but if you dont need to sell it hell blow up that slushbox and put a VST56 in it and drive that SOB! GLWS:beer:

As I said- you have an amazing car. I'm not taking that away from you at all- I hope you get every last dime possible. That being said- yes Speed needed to sell his car- it was for sale for a very long time- its not like he sold it over the weekend. Very similar setup (arguably better) and he got 10 less than what your starting price after MONTHS of waiting and negotiating. GLWS- hope you get close to what your looking for- I'm sure if you wait long enough they will find you.

What car are you talking about? Not the Matte F1A Cobra?

SoS's car did not have a built motor if memory serves...., and he was only at 550rwhp becuase of it.... Once you cross that 600ish mark, costs go up SIGNIFICANTLY....

Agreed Speeds car was stock bottom end

No need to compare once again speeds car was not capable of more than what it was, that being said even off speeds car was at 650rwhp

Mine is safe tuned at 758rwhp
I will post up the Dyno sheet when go to performance Dyno.

I have to go out of town for two and a half weeks. When I get back I'm taking the Stang up to get retuned with the 105lb injectors and aggressive tune..

And just a note I meant no disrespect to speed and his Mach
I think very highly of him and respect his write ups and builds.
