Why not remove the carpet?

So I can race in full interior classes haha. I don’t want it to feel stripped down even though there’s no sound deadening.

I just found this thread and read through it... Amazing work in here, that's going to be one bad ass car!

As for cutting up a real Cobra R? Meh... if you're gonna actually race it hardcore (even if it's not road course) then that's exactly what it was manufactured for. Now if you took an stock all original Cobra R and modify it then let it sit or take it to car shows... you screwed yourself there.

Dzus’ coming out to try Quik Latches. The dzus’ would sometimes vibrate loose so wanted to try something else.

One of the spare stock splitters I have is what’s been modified. It’s always needed paint work and is coming up next.

My rear window is held in by about 20 dzus fasteners, they suck. I hate them.

Ouch, it really sucks undoing the one on the edge, you need just the right size angled standard or a quarter and small fingers.
