Figured a few of you guys might find this cool, the only sonic blue Ford GT ever produced is now in a private collection. This was posted on IG, but I know not everyone has IG so I wanted to share it.

Now there was ONE other custom paint that was able to be sneaked through. It was Neil Ressler's (co founder of what went on to be SVT). It is midnight blue with silver stripes (other MB cars have white stripes).

He sold the car a couple years ago at BJ for $410k

I know this is off topic for this thread. However your old GT500 just got dyno’d by Andrew (Mustang Lifestyle). Still can’t believe the whipple is gone off of it and it’s got a trinity swap now. @2011 gtcs

You mean this car?

If so, I had the 3.6KB.

From what the current owner told me, the 3.6 locked up on him so he trashed the whole setup, which was beyond stupid on his end. I know the current owner lives in Connecticut, but maybe he was down in Florida for some reason with the car.
Why did that Andrew guy dyno it? Does he have a dyno or something now?

I’m on drugs, completely different car sorry, cocaine is a hell of a drug like Rick James says. It’s the same color combo. His is a 2012.

No worries man, but the guy did take the 3.6 KB off the car.

If i owned that one of one, i would have deleted the stripe. SB GT with no stripes would be nuts!!!!

These cars don't age. I don't think you could beat the looks of the 05-06 GTs if they had some upgraded wheels. Nothing better.
