Love this.
I'm on my 4th 99-07 classic body style.. I always end up coming back. Also have had a 12,14, and now a 19 Suburban (wife mobiles). They have all been the most reliable vehicles.
Have 200k on my 2000 and plan on rolling a lot more.
Out of the 2.7,3.5, 5.0 the 2.7 has given us the least amount of issues. (ford mechanic of 9 years). Obviously its been out for less time. But seems to be very reliable, great power and amazing fuel mileage.
My next truck will have a 2.7.
What a douchebag comment... Who gives a shit about his political views. The man is sticking up for our first responders.
This has to be the most un-american comment I've read all year.. You should be ashamed!
Believe me... I totally understand. I get annoyed by just going outside to grill my food and see my neighbors. We live on a dead end road with maybe 14 houses... Everyone has an acre or so... If it was like 3-5 I'd be happy!
I dream of coming home and never seeing anyone.
13-14 gt500 for sure. As much as I love the way the new edges look.. They overall are cheap and drive shitty IMO. My wife has one with 40k miles on it and just feels like its going to fall apart. The 500 is like a caddy compared to it.
These things look pretty nice... Have yet to see one in person.
I bought my 6 year old daughter a new crf 50 two years ago and I'll to pass it down to my 2 year old son.. let him beat it and I bet I'll still get $8-900 for it.
I've had 2 extended cabs and refuse to ever do that again...Crew is the way to go for sure. Getting someone in while in a parking spot is just ridiculous.
Curious why you went with the aluminum? Weight is obviously not a problem. I figured most went with the aluminum because of having a lighter duty truck.
These things are what 2-3x the price of a steel deck?
I'm sure most of that has to do with the fact that he has the car way too forward. Balance out the trailer and that truck will have 0 problems... Someone needs a lesson on towing.
