What are the thoughts on hood vents ? Do they work better at slow speeds or higher ? My BBF runs warm and I’m thinking of installing them. They seem to work on my 07 GT 500. Any thoughts would be appreciated

I’d like to run a full size oil filter on my new MPR motor ( I have a BMR K member ) . Do the fit or can I get a different housing ? Any advice would be appreciated
We are finishing up my brother's D-1SC with a built motor , 10% crank pulley, Ford GT cams. What boost are you guys seeing on your motor's with what blower pulley ? We are thinking we want to be in the 18# range (air to air) on 93 with Torco ... thanks in advance.
Motor is out and being built should be 900rwhp , I have a BMR control arms etc and a bolt in RPM 6 point roll bar. I'm thinking we should put some sub frame connectors in the car while it's out. What do you guys recommend ? 90% street car
I just bought a JDM aluminum 5.4 and a 4.0 Whipple ,long tubes ,fuel system, etc etc. It has a FB 4R70W. How much cam can i go and still pass emissions , (car is an 07)? At the least I'm going 13-14 GT500 cams. The motor is going together soon so now is the time. Thanks for any advice .
I'm going to have a built short block , pistons/rods oil pump etc. Possibly small cams , heads ported. What blower would you guys recommend ? VMP 2650 or a Whipple 3.4 , 4.0 ? It will have long tubes with an off road X. A built 4R70W from FB. Return style with big injectors and pumps. Street car...

I've got an 07 GT500 and i am going to get some new wheels and tires. Will a 325/50/15 fit on the rear on a 10" wheel? I am guessing I need a 17" front wheel to clear the stock brakes ?
I have an 07 with a VMP 4R70W it makes 700rwhp , the motor is coming out and I'm upgrading the piston's ,rods, oil pump , long tubes. I'm going to put new cams in it as well. Who's cams are you guy's using? Any dyno comparison's before and after? Thanks for any advice
I have an 07 with a VMP etc etc and it makes 700 rwhp . I'm going to pull it out this winter and do pistons , rods , oil pump. I'm thinking this is the time to do long tubes ( it has shorties now , it came with them ) is it worth the expense in the 700-800 range ?
I am building a 04 Mach 1 with a D-1 SC with a air to air, at what point are ported heads and cams, long tubes worth it on a 4V ? It's going to have a built short block , was hoping for 650-700 rwhp, thanks for any advice.
