Ok i live in syracuse NY and i got nailed today for window tint being to dark. So what is the law in NY state? the cop said 70% and i have 34%. WTF i thought that i had 30% there for i was letting though 70% light right? This is Bull$hit. My tint is not that dark at all some cops even said...

In New York State, what happens if you juice your car at a light just because you like your 4.10's? but you just sqeel the tire a little, no major burn out? I didn't get any ticket but i was just wondering, thanks.
