37k miles, it's peppy. Has tons of tech features like a driver's profile the memorizes all your seat and mirror positions, radio and phone presets, etc.

Suspension settings do make a difference. I

It's not as fancy as the new GLC, but I trust Audi reliability and maintenance more.

I like that you can actually get into the engine bay and would be able to work on stuff. Engine cover is low a big piece of rubber foam. Not a plastic cover.

Lots of space. Classic Audi transaxle.
Top mount cartridge oil filter.

Lil Turbo, dual injectors. DI engine needs carbon cleaned at 100-125k miles, runs about $400 at an Indy. 2.0FSI has been out for almost 20 years now.

It's Audi A4 based.

So that would be a Mercedes GLC, BMW X3, Mazda CX-5, Toyota Rav-4 (which have grown a lot) or Lexus RX350.

Smallest Audi SUV is the FWD based Q3 which is based on the A3/Gold/Jetta/Passat/Tiguan

BMW has the X1 and Mercedes has both a GLA (based on the A-class) that is Nissan Juke small, but also a GLB, which is FWD based and similar in size to the GLC.

GLC is what replaced the GLK.

Audi Q7 would be the X5 and GLE rival.

GLS is higher up and would be a Q8 and X7 rival.

First unmod. Removed the white lettering from the tires. Upon closer inspection 255’s all the way around. Appears I’m forced to buy a 285 DR. Another mod it has is the ford racing cold air.

It's supposed to be a kit from National parts Depot. It's pure ass. The tank itself is fine. But nothing fit. The hardware was shit.
I did one on my '67 from LMC. Same kind of thing. Had to fabricate things to make it work. Not really happy with it. I've seen guys using a 69-70 Mustang gas tanks. Since the bed of my truck is garbage, I just cut a hole in it for the filler neck. The plan is to take the filler tube over the frame rail under the bed, run it up inside the bed panel to the rear tail light. I'll convert the taillights to LED and make the left side a flip out door where I'll hide the filler neck.

Seen this done in the old C10’s, and most of the time they don’t fill worth a damn.

It's not the perfect solution (as far as flow), but it won't be driven a lot, so I'll deal with a slow fill here and there.
Still working out the hinge and latch. Not sure how I'm going to do that.

The mustang tank requires removing cross braces on the long bed and is awkward. I wish id just bought a tank from soulless innovations

For the time being, wife's daily driver. Satin XPEL over cactus grey. Really and truly, the vehicle I find more fun than any other.

I really like the paint color. My best friend's wife has a 2-door Jeep Wrangler that she really loves (black). I'm sure your wife loves to drive her Bronco as much as YOU do.

Cars and Coffee Saturday morning parked next a nicely built '66 FastbackView attachment 1819508
What's with all the gas company signage? Pretty cool.

Your Cobra looks so much bigger than the '66 Fastback, from the photo.

It’s started with the owners sister getting him a couple neon signs and she planted to seed which grew to a cool obsession since 2017. He has someone local restoring the neon and built her a little office there and keeps the signs maintained.

It’s a custom hot rod shop, pavement striping business, restaurant, memorabilia store, multiple stages for indoor and outdoor functions, and has a awesome outdoor stage where there has been a lot of great performers there already. Willie Nelson coming next year. My son had his Cross Country banquet there last Wednesday. Looks awesome at night!

Great first photo! Why do I want to keep staring at your Stang? LOL. I'm sure it gets a lot of attention.

Dan, you're gonna need a bigger garage.....and a longer driveway! LOL. You're fortunate to have that bunch.
Maybe it's got just the right amount of bling? Thank you for the positive comments.
Love the license plate!
Thanks! Once I knew I was picking up the car, I ordered the plate. LOL
