I'd be happy to pass along the dealer name and sales person contact if you're interested - just PM me. Note that this car also has to have the painted stripes so closer to $130k.

I just received my deposit back so the car is available.
Again the BS. Why does it ‘have to’ have the painted stripes? This is a dealership I’d definitely avoid.
I really hope they lose their ‘golden ticket’.

You're wasting your keystrokes. He can't afford it and would rather run his mouth at those who are serious buyers.

911 GT3 RS. Laptimes…

Take your broke-ass over to the other subsections where your juvenile behavior is acceptable. You can’t afford the car and want to run your mouth about how GT500s aren’t worth it. Okay then take your ass to another section and whine about it…

Bahahahaha! You mad, shy girl?

This nonsense always happens. Same people who say a Coyote powered S197 can be built to be faster than a GT500, they just don't get it.

My car was “supposed” to be a golden ticket car at MSRP too. All it took was two phone calls from my dealer and they changed it so that I could order the car exactly the way I wanted it. I wish I could’ve ordered the golden ticket but couldn’t swing it financially at the time.

Yea I have driven one and their slow AF and need a shit load of mods to actually make them fast. Drives nice tho and brakes really well.

Just go onto MotorTubes channel and watch him lose just every single race he's had lol. He will tell u the same they are slow AF in stock form.

In fact, I raced my buddys 2020 with a PBD tune and quite a few bolt ons and I put bus lengths on it...... It was comical and he called his GT500 a POS after that. I was lol literally cause he spent a shit load of money modifying it. Well, like $7k and it was still slow AF after lol.

Little trolls like u think cause they buy an expensive Muscle car it must be fast. Its not bro its pretty ****ing slow actually being so heavy. And paying $120k for a slow car is just dumb!

Sorry if that offends u but im sure ull get over it.

Have you driven one? If you did you would understand but I get Prius owners don't get it.

Some of us outgrew street-racing and calling each other "bro" many years ago. And now we see yet another perfect example on why SVTP doesn't get much forum traffic on the 2020+ cars. The maturity level here and moderation attitude drives most guys who can afford these cars elsewhere.

Since the OP has opted out of purchase and the purchase or not purchase question has been resolved.....

There isn't and the dealer knew this when they said it. That's the biggest insult. There is no program in place for '23 and there won't be for a GT500.
So the '22 is the last GT500?
Or wait, no, the '14 is the last real GT500.

I thought paying $49k for a 90% of the time show car was kinda dumb, but I did it. Glad I did.
Was at cars and coffee very recently, guy had, and was VERY PROUD, of his $95k Richard Petty Edition. I'm like $95 for that??!! For foxs sake

He also put a coyote graphic on the rear quarter with a red eye. Why? Because he beats hellcats.(y)(y)

Sorry to hear that but no, Im a poor, $30k Mustang buyer.

I appreciate the lead though!
Take what milk money and little gas money you have, turn left and head east. Cross any of the 3 available borders. Your wallet and bank account would thank you.
BTW, wth does $30k get you now a days?

True, Nick, but there are those like @1Kona_Venom, who still feel the MY13/14 is the epitome of GT-500 goodness, in large part because it has the 6-speed manual.
I get it.

I was a huge manual transmission guy...until I drove some really good sequentials. Insane.

My dad just bought a GT3, it's incredible.

Nick, I'd personally prefer the '20+ transmission. It's phenomenally quick. As is the C8 Vette. And the GT3, as you mentioned, just to name three. I posted in another thread that I ran into/chatted with a local guy who owns a new C8 Vette. He said it was a beast. I had no doubt, LOL. But, when he left the parking lot and let it shift at mid-RPMS at the most, the shifts were so quick that I remember thinking to myself, THAT is a transmission I could easily learn to love.

Did he have his Hands on the wheel, cruisin' down the interstate? Coulda feel the speed from his head to his toes… if so Oh, now I bet He knows how Richard Petty feels

Kenny chesney one of the last country guys whom can do country and pop hits … too many PBR boyz with auto tuning these dayz that people consider country but ain’t.

Gettn back at the debate on hand. Back in the 60s you could get the 500 with an automatic don’t see it as an issue these day either except for the fact it’s too bad you can do get it both ways still. The my20+ definitely drives more like a refined sports car than a muscle car.

What the issue is isn’t whether auto vs manual rather Shelby said it best, “Racing has reached the point where it is pricing the young driver, no matter his talent, out of the game”. Close to or over 100k with ADM isn’t right for any mustangs. Greed is gonna be the downfall and a reason why the next generation isn’t into cars.

Great point and agreed.
