This is how my dad would do them.Cooked in bacon grease. Not a ton of it though. Flipped once. Cooked white - runny yolk. A bit crispy on the edges.

This looks like an Aiken recipe. What do you have going on there?Since I meal prep on Sunday we use our Instapot to make Egg bites for the week. They are fantastic.
