I can make one hell of a good egg sandwich though. You'd be surprised what a little pinch of basil and sweetened butter do.

Cooked in bacon grease. Not a ton of it though. Flipped once. Cooked white - runny yolk. A bit crispy on the edges.

I usually do scrambled myself. Nothing fancy. Mixed with a splash of milk, a little butter, cheese with some salsa on top.

- 1 egg, fried over medium
- 1 thin slice of prosciutto
between two slices of rye w/ seeds...

One fried egg, one thick slice of fried German Bologna on sourdough bread.

I've never met a bad egg. They're all good. The good thing, Keto friendly eggs are cooked in butter.
Lots of real butter and you still lose weight. Life is good.

But yeah, she hates fish and eggs, which are my favorites.

Since I meal prep on Sunday we use our Instapot to make Egg bites for the week. They are fantastic.

Over hard, a little burn is a +,....................cooked in bacon fat, butter just doesn't get the job done.

Scotch Eggs Recipe

The recipe above uses cornflakes. When I make them I skip the cornflakes. I use finely ground Italian bread crumbs to coat the exterior of the sausage.

Yes, this is another breakfast heart attack. Very good though.
