Kevin tuned mine also and car made 678 to the wheels on a mustang dyno. The setup is a VMP TVS on E85 pushing 18lbs of boost.

Same problem I had and the intercooler pump was bad. Once I changed it out, I had no other issues.

I would recommend j2fabrication.com has a nice 200amp alternator for 400.00 with 3 wire upgrade. I'm running one of his unit's now and it puts out some nice voltage
