Advice on replacing catalytic converters

I wanted to know has anyone ever replaced the cats on a Magnaflow X-Pipe. Also would it be cheaper to replace them or just order a new pipe?

You can save some cash getting new converters from summit . The walker super converter flows great and is less than $100 .

You can even find the MagnaFlow replacements on ebay amywhere from $65-$120 shipped. Just depends on what exactly you want, sure beats replacing a nearly $600 mid-pipe.
