Pete you can order one from MGW, but they don't show it on their website for obvious reasons. They will put it on any of their custom knobs if you call in the order and request that design. The GGG ones are extremely difficult to obtain because they don't make them unless they have a massive quantity order of them, but every now and then they turn up in the market section for $100, or so. Personally, I'd never pay that much for a stock knob that just had some profanity printed on it, but a lot of people do!
