I thought GGG forgot me, but UPS just delivered mine!!!

I just called GG&G and here's what they told me:

They currently have an unspecified number of ****in' Fast shift knobs IN STOCK.
They DO NOT currently have the 10th anniversary ****in' Fast knob in stock.
They will be producing the red EJECT cigarette lighters early next week.

I placed my order for the knob and the EJECT lighter, and I was told it would ship out next week.

I hate to bring up old threads like this but I've searched and searched for one of these knowbs and an eject button to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction or better yet have one for sale? Thanks in advance.
