With regards to the 'Alligator Accident' video, all that happened is the guy touched the gator's tongue. Alligator's tongues are extremely sensitive, and when they are stimulated the jaws snap shut and lock. I have seen videos where a guy stuck his head inside a gator's mouth, and while he was performing this 'stunt', a drop of sweat fell off of his forhead and landed on the gator's tongue. The gator's jaws locked shut with his head still inside them; just goes to show how sensitive their tongues really are. I will try and find the video.
