Lmr 18inch cobra

Received teh 18x10s today. They look great and the chrome looks 100% better than my AFS when I pulled them out of the box.

Unfortunately, the cobra is at the shop getting cams, so it'll be a little longer before I can get them mounted.

Ordered some 18x10 to replace my AFS 10.5s. Chrome was so bad on them. Haven’t even had them a year and the entire face of one of the spokes completely flaked off.

I’ll let you all know the quality when they come in.

I have a set of used polished 17x 9 and 17x10.5 AFS kicking around that I got a great price. The local seller thought they were 97 Cobra wheels lol.
They are In nice shape, but I couldn't justify spending $300+/wheel on replicas.

Yeah but the LMR ones are $305/ wheel

Must be nice. My were peeling when i pulled them out of the box.

They were second hand, but never mounted. Had them on the car for a year and they are completely ruined. I had piece flake, so I tried to pull it off and the entire face of one of the spokes peeled away. LOL. Worse quality I've ever seen.

This was actually my third set of AFS wheels and they have ALL been bad. I didn't mind because I love the look of the 18s and its not too bad to replace every couple years.

Yeah, however in hindsight still a lot cheaper than the AFS wheels.

Yeah but the LMR ones are $305/ wheel

I remember pre-pandemic all the rep wheels were about $155 in the aluminum finish.

Same. Need to see real pics and fitments before I decide. But I am close to ordering a set for giggles.

Same for me. My afs are peeling on the back side and lug holes. I’m tempted to get a set of non chrome reps
