I have a 3 year old Son, they definitely live 100+ years. But they also increase in value as they age and can fetch 6 figures for a proven breeder.

are you paying board or do you have land to keep them on (guessing by the goat its the latter not the former)
When I still lived in NJ I was saving between 7-10 grand a year by boarding in PA.
How many years does it take for a hatch ling to become a giant(full grown)?
It varies but they will be substantial in a few years. It can take 25 years or so before you can tell their sex. They’re only about 500-600g now and will probably double in weight before summer. I’m in Georgia so they spend the cooler months indoors but will eventually need to build a heated barn for them.
