Hell I’ve got a spam can with M1 rounds...lolVintage is cool, but I don’t know if vintage shells are cool to use. Are these shelf art only?

Just came home with first gun purchase, a S&W MP22 for my wife. We also have a Walther PK380 that my dad left us.
I have two more NJ handgun purchase permissions. The gun shop said most folks go up in caliber, such as a .40 or .45 auto.
Any recommendations please? Thank you.

ThisI recommend 9mm as well. I have two 9mm pistols and like/love them. I like my S&W Shield but freaking LOVE my HK VP9-SK.

Thanks for the advice. NJ requires a “Permit to Purchase a Handgun.” I had to provide two character references, attest to other questions and wait about 6 weeks. The permission is good for 3 months, and you cannot purchase a handgun within 30 days or a prior handgun purchase. I got three permissions, so I have two more handguns to buy in the coming months.

Since you are so limited on purchases, just my opinion here... don’t just limit yourself to the polymer style striker fired pistols. One of the nicest shooting 9mm pistols out there that is very accurate is the CZ 75 B. Check out the CZ line and watch a few Youtube videos on them.
Yes, all guns mentioned are good, but you might just find that you’re not as fond of striker fired pistols as you thought.
My suggestion: Sig Sauer P226 Nitron or Legion SAO ,any CZ 75 series pistol or EAA Witness In 9mm.
I’ve shot all pistols mentioned to you along with the ones I mentioned for purchase. The trigger on a striker fired pistol just doesn’t compare.
One striker fired pistol that no one has mentioned with a much better trigger than a Glock would be the Canik TP 9. It’s a great pistol at a very low cost. Under 400 dollars gets you an amazing pistol. You can even get one of these with one magazine only without the hard case for under 300 sometimes. I own one, and still can’t get over what you get for the money.
