I absolutely love my VP9-SK. It always feels like I'm one with this pistol when I shoot with it. That slide work sounds interesting. Post a couple of pics and a review when you get it back and get a chance to try it at your range.
Why is it that toys always come to the house when I'm at work and the wife is at home? So the slide showed up today after cerakote and milling for the red dot...looking forward to some range time. :)

Nice! I tried trading in an unfired stainless Pro Raptor II on a Wilson Combat EDC X9 and the shop owner said that people aren’t really buying .45’s like they used to...maybe I’ll try again

The 9mm hype will go away again... 45 AUTO is going no where. We all know that.

While i would love a WC EDC, that’s a bunch of bullshit people aren’t buying .45 anymore.

You mean to tell me you don’t think the 1911 chambered in .45 Auto is going to be a thing of the past in a couple of years? Rubbish!

Not gonna lie, I’m a 45 kind of guy myself. 9mm is a really cute round.

My LGS owner said the populararity of the 9’s was slowing the .45 sales, maybe that was his way of saying he wanted full price for the Wilson Combat? It’s been a little while since I was there. Maybe I’ll try again next week. Depending on his current sales maybe he’ll reconsider.

He may have just not wanted the Kimber, who knows.

Brought another home today. It’s been paid for, for a few months but ammo is nowhere to be found, still looking. Got the Garand with it for a photo.

Pick your poison.
Who's the manufacturer of your M1? Mine is mostly H&R with a Springfield trigger and op rod. Originally I bought it bedded into a Boyd's laminated stock but later came across some beautiful H&R furniture for her. After market gas plug and sights also. I believe it had been sent off and built as a shooter.

Got my weapon back together with new red dot and light back on. Slide came out beautiful. First time sending one off for milling and cerakoting. Now to get some suppressor sights. Think I picked out a brand. Can't wait for some range time to sight it in. :)

When your new Streamlight doesn't match the weapon your building but does another....you order a black one! HAHAHA Guns are like cars...horrible investments but alot of fun! The M&P has a very old light on it, going to the wife's gun..lol.
